2. Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours and textures may vary slightly due to screen settings. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major payment methods via Shopify Payments. Prices may vary by market/region. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders & Cancellations

Orders are confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will be fully refunded in such cases.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers or customs. International orders may be subject to import duties payable by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have 14 days to return unused, unopened items. Opened beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

All content, imagery, and branding on this site belongs to JIBeaute. Unauthorised use is prohibited.
